The gastronomic preferences of the Hungarians are first and foremost spicy dishes. Real Bograch goulash, fish soup "Halászlé" and paprikash is unlikely to appeal to those who are dont like much hot spiced food - all these dishes Hungarians use with a very high content of hot pepper. We limited content of chilli pepper in all hungarians dishes of our menu but if you want to try a possibilities of your stomach we offer extra hot spices for you.

 

There offer traditional dishes in our menu like borshch, vareniky, golubtsy or deruny. By the way last dish you can order alone or content in most dificult dishes with meat and forest mooshrooms in a pot. One of our special offers, "Prague bramborak" - is a big potato pancackes with veal meat baked inside. This dish of Czech cuisine can be recommended for lunch or dinner. In our menu you will find many traditional and familiar soups among them chicken broth with homemade noodles and a very popular soup with different meat "solyanka", classic main dishes like dumplings, chops, beef stroganoffs and many others. For kids we reccomended "Chuni-Muni" dish - pasta with soft chicken sauce and cheese because almost all children love these ingredients Of course we understand what kids prefer a tasty, but not very useful fries potato with ketchup or such a worst combination as chips with Cola.

 

During the holidays in the Carpathians you can see that almost all restaurants offer names of dishes from different countries. This can be easily explained. The local population traveled the world for many centuries in search of earnings, and, returning home, they often brought recipes to favorite overseas dishes. Over time the Transcarpathian cuisine accumulated all the best and delicious that could be found in the menu of neighboring countries. In our menu we also collected a bouquet of the most interesting and tasty dishes which fully reveal the rich imagination and the diversity of flavors of Carpathian gourmets.
