To get a 100% guarantee of booking a cottage on the selected date, a prepayment of 20% of the total amount, but not less than one day *. This can be done in several ways:

Any payments for booking should be made only after the arrival date of the oral agreement and other conditions. Without this payment for booking is not valid and does not provide an indisputable right to the settlement.

 

After agreeing on the terms of arrival, prepayment must be paid as soon as possible. Written accounts are valid no more than 3 working days. After this period, account be considered invalid, arrival and departure dates must be agreed again an extract the new account. Verbal agreements are valid no more than one day.
